So Higa-san figured out that Teru is in trouble when the power went out during the typhoon. Well, it sets up for them to be in awkward romcom moments. It was bad enough that the 24/7 store Union had to close as well T_T The post-credits skit is funny as heck. Also meta, partially explaining why the anime (even the manga, maybe) exists. What an episode, first one is Teru rizzing up Higa and Kyan when he tried to kneel. Him being drunk is so funny as well. The best part is the typhoon segment. I'm surprised he finished the demon tower in half an episode but that tracks for the faster pace. Lots of stuff to get through. They did esil justice in the adaptation with proper references to the "Chance!", "borrow her", "I want to see what you accomplish" and finally the boss interruption. Lots of "fat" is cut out of the demon tower arc but you don't lose anything from the main plot. Next episode is going to be interesting. I wonder how much they're going to cram in.

A fun episode without any sakuga. Jinwoo gets to brush off authority figures, impress them with just how overpowered he is, go high end shopping with a game shop exploit, and gets to work on the 80th and final level of the highrise dungeon, for which he also appears overpowered. The fight was epic for sure but I was kind of disappointed about Cha Hae-In's introduction. All that setup in the episodes before just for her to not really do anything and immediately get a crush on him? I had personally hoped for a more direct confrontation and a slow-burn love story :/ I'm also really curious how this whole thing is going to develop power-scaling-wise. He has just now been discovered by the public but is almost certainly already far stronger than most of the S-rank hunters we know so far.

It does. I hate the way anime deals with being okay with slaves (except skeleton knight win there) but here he doesn't treat them as such and frees them at one point so they can be equals.
