If you’re reading fan translations then BakaUpdates is what I would recommend using since it follows the release of scanlators. I believe many scanlators themselves are using some form of email blast or RSS announcement of new chapters as well. I'm enjoying Magic Maker. For some reason I've not really heard anything at all or negative things about it. I think the idea that magic hasn't been invented yet and the main character is a researcher who has to create it from scratch makes this a little more fresh in the isekai genre.

It's legitimately the only ecchi series I follow. While the sexy art is a big reason I like it, it's the only one I keep coming back to read more of, because it also pulls off great characters, great worldbuilding and great story. Plus on top of all that, top tier art, and truly impactful, awesome, action sequences.

Yeah, I started the first episode got 5mins in and the animation made me quit. I came back later, when I was feeling more open minded. I enjoyed the story, still not sure about that animation but I will watch it.
