Why tf are these reminder options so random? Is there no way to pick a few that are always the same?

I hate this.
Every time i add an event to my calendar i have to read the whole list of freshly randomized, non-fitting reminder-time-options just to set a custom one anyway.
And as my memory is completely unreliable i set like 10 different reminders a day for everything.
This is on Pixel 6a.
Is there an obvious fix i'm not seeing?

I have it set up the same way, English (US) as the first language and German as the second and I've never had that problem. But maybe I could download one of the apps where that happens for you and see if it's the same on my device.

Sometimes mine becomes Japanese. I have no idea why. It's not set like that anywhere.

But I used to swipe down from the top and the quick menu would be in Japanese for no fucking reason
(although some buttons were in Eng?)IDK why it stopped doing that, maybe new updates fixed it. I'm on Pixel 8a and using the most current Graphene stable update.
