Most DOSBOX GOG games might run on linux but very few are listed as such... it's a shame they don't provide DLs of the game files.... now you have to use an installer extractor and pull the files out manually it seems?
Anyways, found an PC version of Utopia on an old drive (it's not on GOG) and I think I prefer the 32 colour Amiga version. Got a solar eclipse here in the tutorial mission. 9000 cycles is too high for this game as blinking fx is tied to cycles (but not ingame date steps).

@androidarts there’s an app for Linux that does that automatically but I don’t remember the name and I’m not home right now so I can’t check either
