Yeah, the title threw me for a loop as well. I definitely double checked to make sure that I wasn't crazy. As for the romcom, the tags I see for the series make me think this is more of a drama than a comedy, but definitely still the romance component.

I never got into this manga. Too weird and too complicated for my taste.
