Rp1 that's a use case I am unfamiliar with. Unfortunately at this time I don't think session sharing plugin is able to utilise that cookie. It's an interesting idea though! It'd basically replace the need for the session sharing plugin!

@[email protected] not to my knowledge! I actually reset my instance within the past 7 days, so it's unlikely to be that if I'd guess. It could be an upgrade related script didn't fire, but that's pure speculation

[email protected] sort of. Mastodon from a design standpoint doesn't want to implement inline images, and I understand their point of view. The point of the Note preview is to provide an alternative format that Mastodon can better understand.

You can change what is displayed at /admin/settings/post. [image: 1748442248793-d0b205c0-f48c-4de6-889c-ccc8bc2e3192-image.png]. There is no builtin setting to change the teaser location, you would have to make some changes to the template. For example we modified the harmony theme for a client of ours, you can see how it looks here https://mombrain.com/

Thanks, I'll check. Just to be sure: my issue is specific to welcome and verify-email emails. For instance, password reset emails work fine. So the basic email sending logic works.

Okay, so disabling HSTS and flushing my browser cache again brought remote images back. It's obvious that I need to crack into the ideal way to configure these things for the Fediverse, might have to replicate how some of my other Fediverse platforms are set up on the Nginx side.

julian I was aware of this feature, but its effect is far from satisfying the requirements. As I mentioned, I am looking for a way to have multiple sections to organize all Categories. I came across a plugin that implemented this feature, but the plugin notes that most current NodeBB themes have already incorporated this. However, from what I've observed, only the Vanilla theme truly implements multiple sections, while others, especially Persona, render the sections unclickable. The display of Categories and sub-forums is just normal, and it's even less justifiable to use them as classified sections.

I've found a plugin that solved it.
