      So is there a dryer that already has this or something similar built in, so I don't have to mod it?

        Might need to try this. I printed three of these:
        https://www.printables.com/model/345672-filament-guide

        And ran my ptfe tubing from my dry box to my printer through them. Helps come around funny angles and they move dynamically as the print head moves to reduce tension and kinking.
