Advanced AI Story Generator Export and Import Help

I really like this story generator, but I don't think it's export and import function work correctly.
When I export a story, it exports it as a story.json file, but when I attempt to import the file by selecting the folder it's in, it tells me that there are no story.json files in the folder selected.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this an error on the part of the creator of the generator? Any possible solutions?

I was able to save a .json file to my Downloads directory and load it up again just fine. Assuming you meant: https://perchance.org/ai-story-generator

I am able to do that on the regular AI Story Generator.
The story generator posted is a little different and seems to give the user a bit more to edit and tune the AI to their liking.

Ohh. I hadn't even tried going to the link. I guess try contacting the user that made it? If they weren't anon...
It looks really sharp and a lot has been put into it, I'm surprised there is no contact info anywhere or even a name.
